There are a lot of computers out there. Dell, Compaq, H.P., Gateway, I.B.M., all kinds of
them. They'll get most users by pretty good.
We don't build that kind.
We visit personally with each of our customers to help them determine their
individual needs. We find most of our customers are demanding users needing 24/7 usage or people brand new to computing.
SkeeterBytes Computers are hand built by real people, (me usually), and
always under my direct supervision.
We use nothing but tried and proven components. Nothing is proprietory.
Should the need arise these machines can be serviced by nearly any semi-skilled tech person. Most users are able
to just call me and I walk them through the problem. Parts for upgrading can be readily purchased at most quality
P.C. dealerships or even some discount houses.
The operating systems we use are unchanged from the manufacturer. We don't
add our logo's or place any spyware on them. They remain pure, fast, and stable. We have some out that have ran
Windows 98 for nearly a year without a lock-up.
Service? You bet. We remain on call 24/7 for as long as you own the machine.
You'll always talk to a real person one on one. Never be put on hold. If we're busy, you'll get a busy signal.
Seldom will it cost you more than the phone call.
Warranty? You bet. We use retail quality components that are warrantied
by the manufacturer. Anyone can warranty themselves if they wish. Naturally we furnish the labor in our shop.
Expensive? Not like you'd think. We apply a good measure of common sense
along with top quality to reach practical performance levels that often surpass other, so-called faster models.
The truth about it is, you ought to look into one or more of our machines.
