BBQ Wings

24 Chicken Wings
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup finely minced onions
2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water

In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush over chicken. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill frozen wings, turning occasionally and basting with barbecue sauce, 25 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear (or instant read thermometer reaches 180 degress F).

Santa Fe Grilled Chicken

4 Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced

In small bowl, blend all ingredients except chicken; stir until smooth. Place chicken on large platter. Rub mixture evenly over chicken. Cook on covered grill over medium heat or coals, cook chicken 25 to 30 minutes or until internal juices run clear, turning occasionally (or instant read thermometer reaches 180 degress F).
